Chak De ! India is one flick which is sure to get accolades from both nationwide and overseas. Its an out & out sports related movie . It doesn’t show team spirit budding easily , instead it shows how the coach of the team has to really work hard to get all the girls of Indian National Hockey Team of Women together. He really has to strive to bond them well and imbibe discipline in them . Glad to see Shah Rukh Khan playing the Coach Kabir Khan of the team so remarkably well .He earns back his lost respect , which he had lost due to loosing a match as a player and a captain of the team few years back. No one seemed to steal the show from each other. The girls had roles etched out well , and they did their job accordingly .

One of my friend informed me the movie’s a great one , and the one who did it isnt a Shah Rukh Khan fan . Well i was being laughed at when i said “oh when’s it gonna release ?” and “hows the movie? ” hehhe. Well, I aint a die hard fan of anyone and hence , to me being a fan means appreciating the acting skills of an actor and not keeping track of all the favourite stars’ movies. Ah whatever!!

Well getting back to chak de india , the players from different states show how diverse india is . Chak De india is one Bollywood film which can be categorized as non- filmy and yet commercial. Its cool that the day has arrived where Bollywood has started to produce such films. Earlier , Indians could only check out hard core sports related movies in Hollywood alone.

This song reminds me of green, the signal green. Amongst the red, yellow and green…its green that appeals to me more , know why? Because it signals all of us to go…get over and get going is what it signifies or personifies…..this isnt simple though. On the roads its the mighty that gets away by overtaking the meek. While the mighty are the pick up lorries and trucks , the meek may refer to four wheelers and the two wheelers.

The green signal also personifies life which never stops unless ofcourse , The Almighty wants it to. It may go on whether or not we wish to. There are people who want to live more and they cant cause God puts an end to their lives and there are people who want to end their lives or wish it would end ….but it may go on …following the green signal obediently. Some people are ambitious , some dream while some dare to chase their dreams. Every person follows the green signal , be it someone from poor class, middle class or high class. The poor earns for his survival because meeting his basic needs is his first priority .The middle class person earns for his luxuries because he has all the necessities and the rich earns for his status cause he has to maintain or raise his standard furthermore….all have a motive and that is to go ahead with life and just about each one of us have goal’s….be it short term or long one’s. Hmmm well said 50 cents “Get rich or die tryin”……..huh.

Unless we go and look beyond …we wont know whats in store for us …hence this way we are all in sync with the green . Yeah green or to go has its prior importance in the lives of each one of us.

I don’t like to wait …even the most patient person would loose his patience if he had to wait for long ….so i dismiss yellow signal in my life but cant really do that …because all of us have to ….some or the other time wait in our lives for a particular thing. I don’t dislike the stop signal though, yeah the red….cause it gives time to think in life …

sometimes when we are worked up because of our tensions or

need to take a break from the hectic schedule or

if we like to wait and watch the consequences or

if we cant move further and have second thoughts about the decisions which are to be made

…….then the stop signal …or the red signal has to be followed.

Yeah stop and go are the two things which i prefer . Wait is something that i don’t like for the obvious reason that im an impatient person . Well that was me personifying the traffic signals in the journey called life …

Amazing huh? yaeh and i always tghuhot slpeling was ipmorantt! if you can raed tihs forwrad it.

And there i noticed this young gentleman entering the premises and approaching one of the personnel’s .He then made a query to the personnel…and the personnel gave him the information , the man wasn’t satisfied by the reply he got , and the personnel wasn’t satisfied with the man either….

The reason for this was the man wasn’t done with all the requirements which had to be completed to get his certificate . Well the paperwork which he brought with him was good enough , but there were two more little jobs to be done which he could do only at this office and nowhere else….the man was adamant enough to get the certificate on the basis of his existing paperwork and dint want to do anything further. His haste lead him to misbehave with the personnel by yelling at him at the office !!!

Well the office was a quiet place not because there were few people….it was quiet because the place was an important one and everybody present, seemed to be alert and attentive there , be it the personnels or the people who walked in to get their work done.

Hmmmm…and this kind of behavior seemed like a serious offense as a matter of fact .

To me it only seemed that the man should have been patient enough to get his work done . Instead of arrogance, persistence and attitude he could have given the authorities a patient ear for a few minutes…. cause walking in a place of importance, doesn’t mean that people should start acting important themselves.

The way this man was yelling at the personnel made my inner voice yell within …saying…“swallow your pride occasionally, its not fattening!”...phew…

Were you ever struck with this kind of feeling ? If not then you just might be, the lucky one ,among many others…but to look at all those who’ve been shot dead for no mistake of their’s is an awfully pitiable situation to look at .

They had only gone to pray.They had only been good and virteous enough to carry on their fard with all their heart. They had stood to perform their salaat and there it happens, an unfortunate destruction . Several get killed and those souls who’d come only to worship are lost , lost in the crowd , lost in the chaos , lost in their miseries , lost due to the harsh world’s brutal acts…..

…..lost are they , hoping to find a way , a path that might lead them to their loved one’s , a path which just might lead them to the world of harmony….well maybe…

lately i’d come accross one such lady and it was unbelievable …that she just could’nt watch her mouth even in a funeral ..phew…

It was an uncle’s funeral where all the women and kids were in a big hall reciting Surahs and praying when this lady started yakking about her summer vacations which her family would be spending in Ooty and few other places n then she talked about the present fashion and a line of new collection at the Neeru’s and Meena Bazaar……and what not … She was audible to a few but the place wasnt meant for this kind of discussion .

Among all the topics discussed by her , there wasnt even one related to the tragic death of this far away uncle of mine.

When she was done with her irratic talk and was about to leave , she then caught hold of this young lady who had two cute little kids and started objecting to why she doesnt come to her place with her husband and little kids ….and even this episode was stretched so much that the young lady burst into tears. Well this lady who was complaining knew very well that she should’nt be making such complains cause the one whom she was targetting had always had a tough marital life with her in-laws ruling her life……….a bitter scene it was to see her breaking into tears ….the look in her eyes was of desperation …a desperation to break away from the harsh world ……..maybe what she thought was …if not in-laws and husband , now another person’s ’round the corner to pester her….

Making objections ,speaking without thinking , embarrasing others , not trying to  understand a person’s hardships , flaunting ,  being loud and pompous seems to be her forte.

Well such people are nothing but pure pain. They should be abandoned by the society or should be taught a lesson or two to set their minds on the right track.

When Allah the Almighty gives one happiness , wealth , support , conveinient lifestyle and so on , then one should’nt be forgetting his/her  true moral values . Isnt everybody supposed to be placing themselves in others position before placing objections or complains in front of them?

We went by car from Delhi to Shimla.On the way to Shimla we crossed Kalka .From Kalka itself the nature starts showing its beauty . Though it was summer , yet jus one day of rain and cloudy atmosphere made our journey to Shimla a freezing cold one. We were shivering as we had’nt put on any jackets on the way, the rain was unexpected and so was the chilling climate. From Delhi to Kalka we managed the cold breeze without the sweaters .My cousin sisters n myself were cuddling close to each other in the car. But once we got down to have something for breakfast at Kalka at the restuarant …we put on jackets. A quick breakfast of fried eggs, bread n chocolate milk  is what I opted for, since I was sick of havin no other option for roti except naan ki roti most of the time in Delhi. And then it started drizzling again…Well , we had experienced  another extreme climate from where we were coming,Delhi .

           Now whr was I…yep the hills…. As we reached Shimla, we were looking for current bookings to be made in the hotel as we had’nt planned visiting this place after Delhi’s stay. Untill we checked in the hotel ,we huddled close by hoping that the reservations are’nt full in it. With the hand-carry with each one of us , we looked like a flock of birds together , waiting anxiously for their next flight.

After settling down in our respective rooms we freshened up and our family met up in the hotel’s reception and were set to go out for a spreeee . Looking at the hills and the people around felt like its a heaven with hard working yet good looking people residing in it.

Yeah thats what it is, people in these kind of regions have to toil and sweat a lot , as they always have to climb the slopes to reach a certain destination , which is without no other mode of transport except , ofcourse for their own feet. Atleast to reach the Mall Road a good pair of legs with strong feet is mostly  the requirement..hhehe.

The serene, solitary Shimla reigning on the top of the hills is really the “hot-spot” for tourism, but unfortunately the roads are’nt tidy enough …at least for we hyderabadi’s who’ve become accustomed to cleanliness and hygeine in our city , it seemed so.

A certain book shop caught my fancy walking down the Mall Road . We then walked into Barista…one of the only places i could find similar to my city. Oh my gawwwwd Barista looked like the (“supposed-to-be”) coolest coffee shop in Shimla, while its Cafe Mocha which is preferred in Hyd. Anyways, this only shows how much Shimla has to improve with respect to infrastructure and hygeine.

Well ofcourse  the exotic sceneries , the breath-taking hills, the humble residents with their awesome hospitality, the cool breeze, the feeling of being far away from the hectic schedule are the few things that I miss about Shimla. Its meant for a perfect vacation in summer. I could go on watching the beauty that nature had to offer there till the eternal infinity!!!

Is it what we’ve been desiring for …or is it the one which others think is best for us ?

Destiny is the ultimate aspect of life …can destiny be changed? …i say yes …according to one’s vices and virtues.

Virtues lead to blessings and vices to curses.

Virtues give a sense of satisfaction and vices lead to sleepless nights.

The good shall  always prevail and the bad has an end for sure .

What’s the soul yearning for? ..what’s the goal that we’ve been aiming for? …what’s the pleasure that the heart desires ? ….has the life ever been clear? …or is it the clarity that we’ve not been able to perceive?

Doesnt life get any better than this …i mean , are’nt things with its blurred form awesome to go ahead with …with a notion in our minds to solve the mystic ways of life , always having questions at the back of our minds waitin and searching for answers.If we do find the answers for such questions then what will be the joy of living a life with clarity of thoughts , with just about nothing to think about with  zeal….

Clarity of thoughts maybe hard to find in one’s life but one aspect is a compulsion and thats clarity of soul…without which one would be surrounded with whole lot of vices of this wide world.

Can life get any better than this….for me clarity of the dimensions of the future isnt something that worries me …cuz any horizon that i’m heading towards is the only direction thats meant for me , which would be the destiny. But clarity of soul would do a lot  good for me , you , just about anybody and for the most pious person on earth too . Our hearts need the cleansing of soul and minds need  the stability .

A blurred vision we hold in our eyes , so be it . Love the mystical ways of life takin its shape. Doesnt get any better than this , the unpredictable destiny.

Oh , my friend dont get depressed.

I can see no reason why ,

At times life is quite rough yet challenging,

Where you have to start commencing.

You have to really work hard and concentrate,

On an issue that has to be initiated.

                Did these people ever had an identity of their own or has it been lost by the influence of their favorite actor/author/singer/model/sportsman, etc.?                                   

               The hairstyle ,the dressing style ,the accent, the sense of humour, the profession ,etc.. And the list goes on for them to ape the Celebs and hence proving their fake approach to lives.                                    

               Their aint anything wrong in getting influenced for the better. Say like, if a person is influenced by a Prophet’s teachings or by an intellectuals’ thinking ….but what do you have to say about a person being a die-hard fan of an actor that he goes to the extent of aping just about anything that he does or he has to say …Common now…just gimme a break , doesnt this person have real people in his life from whom he can learn a thing or two from?                                    

                A child’s mind is nurtured by the atmosphere which is given to him by his parents …n they r the one’s who r responsible to make him or teach him grow as an individual …not as some goddamn fake actor …                                     

                 He could as well ape, preach and practice the teaching’s of the wise and learned …he could as well become a Modest Man….a man who has a fan following of himself, a man of religion a man of dignity ,a man of wisdom, a man of stature , a man of composure, a man of substance, a man of wealth….above all a man who’s REAL. This person would be different from the rest ,this person would stand above. Only this person will have an individuality and identity of his own… the rest is fake…fake faces with fake approaches.
